I scheduled an impromptu workout for my Turbo FIRE Challenge crew! Sent out a music playlist for everyone to download to their mp3 player and “choreographed” a workout for each set of stairs that went with each song.
It’s just SO much more fun to workout with your friends than by your lonesome! It doesn’t have to be a HUGE group… just more than one! So grab a buddy and get out and do somethin’ fun!
